Please be aware that I cannot ensure confidentiality related to any information sent to me via text or email, so it is advisable that you restrict your electronic communications with me to scheduling issues.
I offer in-person appointments on a limited basis and scheduling for appointments can be arranged by emailing me or texting me to inquire about available openings.
I offer teletherapy services for those who are unable to attend in-person sessions or prefer the convenience of virtual therapy. My teletherapy sessions are conducted securely and confidentially.
I am typically able to return your calls within 24-hours M-TH and within 48-hours F-SU, although, there will be occasions when I cannot respond to you as soon as you might prefer. If you are experiencing a crisis and are in immediate need of a therapist, please call 911 or visit any emergency room.
So that I can plan accordingly, I ask that you give me 24-hour’s advanced notice before canceling an appointment.
I am passionate about providing you with considerate and respectful care. If you ever experience anything less than this, please let me know and I will work hard to do all that I can to remedy your concerns. You have a right to receive information about your diagnosis, to receive a treatment summary (upon request), and to make decisions about your medical care. You will always be free to discontinue treatment at any time and for any reason. While completed appointments are non-refundable, please be assured, I will always listen to your concerns, do my best to rectify them, and I am happy to answer any questions that you may have.
